Information needed for your order

We use the contact and delivery details you provide to receive, confirm and fulfil your order and provide customer support. Website cash-on-delivery order tracking records an accepted order, not proof that payment has been collected or delivery completed.

Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

Our website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel analytics or performance tools to understand website use and improve the shopping experience. These providers may process cookies, browser/device information, pages visited and advertising-click identifiers. We share website activity and order information such as products, quantities, currency and order value with measurement providers to understand advertising performance.

Secure Meta customer matching

For accepted website orders, our server may send Meta a one-way SHA-256 hash of your normalised phone number, Meta browser/ad-click identifiers and order details to connect orders with advertising. Hashing is not anonymity: Meta can match that hash against information it already holds. Our server-side advertising payload does not include your name, delivery address, email, raw phone number or private order-access token. Google Analytics receives purchase details without customer phone numbers or phone hashes.

Matching-data retention

The temporary Meta delivery payload is cleared after successful delivery. Unsuccessful payloads expire after 47 hours or 12 delivery attempts. Nonpersonal delivery status may remain for diagnosis. This limit applies to our temporary matching payload, not to order records or a provider’s own retention rules.
