Responsibilities:
- Factory Liaison: Be the bridge between our team and the production floor, ensuring flawless execution of orders and maintaining quality standards.
- Inventory Maestro: Orchestrate the symphony of stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory, timely deliveries, and minimal waste.
- Logistics Captain: Navigate the shipping seas, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries while minimizing damage and delays.
- Quality Control Conductor: Be the discerning eye, implementing and upholding rigorous quality standards throughout the production process.
- Data Detective: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and maximize efficiency.
- Team Leader: Foster a collaborative and productive environment, motivating and guiding your team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Proven track record of managing production schedules, inventory, and deliveries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with quality control procedures and implementation.
